RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Nutritia we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us at support@nutritia.co and we'll help.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

WHAT WE CAN ACCEPT
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we can only accept returns of items that are:
- Unopened, unused and with the original factory seal intact
- In their original packaging
- Not marked as final sale

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email support@nutritia.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item and its packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@nutritia.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed. Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Email support@nutritia.co as soon as possible and we will cancel it if it has not already shipped.
